We finally got out of Texas - it took us 3 days from Austin. I-10 from one end to the other was almost 900 miles!! We're just passing through New Mexico and spending the night in Deming. Our campground is in a valley, surrounded by rugged mountains - very picturesque.
We made our obligatory stop at Wallyworld (Walmart) to stock up on a few supplies. Tomorrow we'll head down to Sonoita, AZ, where we'll stay at Barbie & Uncle Pete's for a week or so. Wonder what trouble the guys can get into together ??
